Hello,

Our confluence was deactivated by another administrator.

A lot of documentation was in our confluence when this was deactivated.

When I go to Confluence, it now asks me to enable the 30 day trial.

My question:

Is there a way to recover our documentation that was present in our Confluence? If I re-enable Confluence with the 30 day Trial, will it be a fresh start or will our documentation still be present?

This was done within the last 30 days.

Thank you,

Hi Matt

You should contact Atlassian Support immediately and ask them if they can help you recover your Confluence Cloud instance.

Open a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ under My account > Help with a deactivated site.

Good luck and cheers
Nick
