Confluence Cloud-to-Cloud Migration Incomplete With 99% Attachment Failure

Dear All, 

I come up with a problem on Confluence Cloud-to-Cloud Migration using Data Transfer—Incomplete. With 99% attachment failure, I attached a file for your information. Right now we cannot transfer data from our old cloud to our new cloud since it shows incomplete and stuck in 99% of attachments for this project. We checked and downloaded the migration error report mentioned in the yellow warning box, but only the topic appears, with no information inside the file, making us very curious, and we cannot move further. Can you guys help?

Hi @Panthep AJ Lertbuntham !

In this case, you need to create a migration request to Atlassian Support.
Usually, they have a detailed log.

What logs are telling you about it? Did you contact with Atlassian Support? They should be able to tell more about it.
