We are running Confluence and JIRA Cloud and it doesn't; appear we have access to Backup Manager.
Does Atlassian have a backup policy for Standard accounts?
Hello @Brian Olesen
It looks like for a Jira and Confluence Standard plans your option is to use the Export option.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/export-issues/
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-site-backup/
The new Backup/Restore feature appears to be available only for Premium and Enterprise clients.

Additionally, the new Backup/Restore feature is only available as a paid add-on to either Premium or Enterprise, with pricing yet to be announced publicly.

(Confirmed from our from our AE that this will require an additional payment.)

Team, Atlassian / Confluence Cloud also process system backup for disaster recovery. If so I need a copy of the backup policy in place for confluence cloud

Hello @Brian Olesen
The backups that Atlassian does for disaster recovery are not accessible to customers. Those are for their own disaster recovery process.
You can find information about their data protection in their Trust Center.

@Brian Olesen In addition to what was shared by @Darryl Lee & @Trudy Claspill there are a number of third-party vendors that offer Atlassian cloud back up services. You can google Atlassian cloud back up and find a number of them like Rubrik and others.
