Confluence Cloud - Can we add a defined template behing the Macro Option "Reporting" ?

Hello,

We have currently created a Page Properties Macro in Confluence Cloud.

As we would like our Confluence users to use it, easily and fast, is there a way to add this table, in the drop down list of "Other Macros"  "Reporting" section ?

The idea behind is that users should not build the Page Properties from scratch, but to click on this "Reporting" option and have directly the table with the skeleton already filled in.

Hi Iuliana,

For it to be part of the Macros menu it would need to be a User Macro which is only a feature of Confluence Server.

As another option, you could either create a Page Template, or use an add-on, such as Smart Templates for Confluence. You can get a free trial of that add-on in order to see if it helps accomplish what you require.
