Confluence Approvals – Send recurring reminders until approval is completed

Currently, Confluence Approvals sends a single reminder notification the day before the due date. While this works well for most standard workflows, it may not be sufficient for time-sensitive approvals where a single reminder could be missed or overlooked.

Feature Request: Allow recurring reminder notifications to be sent to approvers at configurable intervals (e.g., daily, every X days) until the approval is completed or the due date is reached. 

Use case: Teams managing compliance, change management, or operational approvals need assurance that approvers are actively notified until action is taken.

I guess this will be 'available' once they roll out this: AUTO-2440: Add new Approval statuses to Confluence automation 

But as this is relatively new, I'd also suggest reaching out here (if you haven't already) Approvals in Confluence, now on Open Beta and leaving a comment to the product team with this requirement. 💬

I can see what you've described being helpful to other folk as well. If they do create public tracker/suggestion, it would be great if you could share the link here 👀
