Confluence All Updates do not working

Hello

I 've meet the problem about Updates information.

It dosen't work after system reboot for Windows Updates.

When I meet the same Problem I did confluence service Restart. then working again.

But Now, I didn't service restart. so, I want to know Why I meet this problem.

What does the log file say when you try to do an update?
