I have one user who has access full to Confluence but when he try to sign in, return error "It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again"
My page is brytec.atlassian.net and user walax.azevedo
@Walax Azevedo Brandão This is just a user sync. They should be able to logout or clear their browsers cache and try logging back in shortly and the issue should be resolved. I would just have them try again.

I just wanted to mention that this is a public forum open to all on the internet, so you should not include proprietary information (instance URL; email address) in your posts here.

If it is related to just one user i would think it is related to that users computer setup. As @Brant Schroeder suggests, ask the user to clear the cache or try another browser to login (or login in using incognito mode).
Are you using Atlassian guard and in that case is it connected to any SSO/IDP?
Best regards,
/Staffan
