Confluence 7.3.1 Installer won`t start

Hello,

im trying to test Confluence in a new Server 2016 Standard Virtual Maschine (based on Hyper-V).

But the Installer provided by atlassian won`t start. When double clicked i even don`t see anything to this realated in the processes.

The Server is a fresh installed vm with nothing changed after install.

What i`m doing wrong? Did i miss some requirements? Thought with the installed everything will be easy :)

OK fixed it! It was the Smart Screen Security which was enabled. After disabling the Smart Screen Security, it starts working.
