Conflence was locked due to too many users invited

My conflence was locked due to too many users invited, I have now removed some users from the confluence, any way I can unlock my confluence without paying $150 dollars?

Hi @Guan Huang 

Welcome to the Community!!

You should be under an active subscription to access Confluence and should have product access.

Navigate to https://admin.atlassina.com and go to the billing section to see how many users have access to the site and reduce the number of users if it is more than subscribed count.

Our team was unsubscribed from Jira Software, Confluence due to too many users. I have also checked the bill section in my account, there is no outstanding payment. We have now reduced number of users from 11 to 8 and wish to continue using free trial version (less than 10 people). If this is allowed, can you please reactivate our confluence and Jira Software or get a copy of our original confluence data and jira tickets.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That's not how Atlassian Cloud works.  You don't get "unsubscribed" from anything, and there is no "reactivate", you just carry on using the system because you've paid for it.

Could you tell us what the actual problem is?  What error messages are you getting when you try to log in?
