Confiforms - Sync 2 fields in different forms

Hey there,

so I have 2 forms both including a field "Name". When the name changes in Form1 I want every entry in Form2 with that name change to the new one.

Is this somehow possible?
Tried it with IFTTT update confiforms entry already but cant figure out how to specifially only change the entries in Form2 with a specific name.

and access the old value for your Name field to use in a "filter to apply before update"
