Confiform Record in Table 1 Editable only by person in Table 2

There are two Confiform Table with records having one Common field ( Team) as shown in the image. I want to make the records in Table 1 Editable only by members of the respective team and these members are in another table Table 2. 

For eg : Only Ben and Alex  (Team C) can make changes in the Policy 3 record Document. Record with Members with Their team is in another Table 2. So how to call from another Form or Table.
