Hello everyone,
right now Iam responsible for knowledge management at my company and would like to push out certain information to users. We use confluence for quite some time now but have the email notifications disabled ever since. I was wondering what the actual content of those emails looks like because I cant find sreenshots or pictures on here. It would be ideal for us if a notification email doesn´t even contain the name of the site or the space sth. has been updated in and would look as plain like this:
Hey User
there´s been an update on one of the sites you´re watching, go take a look!
Or is it maybe possible to configure the way notifications look like?
Thanks for the help
Philip
The E-Mail this Page Plugin adds a new button to page options to all Confluence pages, prompting a short dialogue to send the page via e-mail. You can select which users, user groups or external recipients to send the page. Via the plugin settings you can define custom css to every e-mail. All images are compressed and attached to the e-mail. This plugin is compatible with the most default marcos.
