¿Como recupero mi cuenta?

Quisiera saber como recuperar mi cuenta, el caso es que me salia una ventana para cambiar de contraseña, la cambie, pero no habre y tengo archivos importantes ahi. El correo que quiero recuperar es jsolano@aje.pe. Espero puedan ayudarme, gracias.

Have you tried the "lost password" link on the login screen?
