We are building a Knowledge Repository in Confluence Cloud for our Service Desk. We created a page meant to collect users questions via the Comment box, but immediately discovered an issue with Internet Explorer.

While the comment box is visible in Internet Explorer, you cannot actually type anything into it. It is non-functional.

It does work in Chrome and Edge. (We have not tried Firefox.)

Is this a known issue? I didn't really find anything matching this request.

Is there anything to be done to get around it? Or is IE just unsupported now?

Thanks

Kathy
