Dear Team,
I have created a Knowledge Data Base through Confluence and updated the pages with the help of your Karma-App. Unfortunately if somebody would like to point out something on those pages, they cannot use the comment-tool anymore.
How can someone highlight and comment on those pages with Karma, instead of explaining, on what paragraph XY needs to be adjusted, etc.?
Kind Regards,
Rabea Jus
Hi @Rabea Jus, thanks for your question. 😊
As already said, no third party page design app can provide such a solution. But feel free to contact our support. We love to help you further: Support.
Hi @Rabea Jus
Welcome to the community.
The Karma app is not from Atlassian but from a 3rd party developer.
Contact their support in relation to the app.
I suspect this is not compatible with the comment highlight function form ootb Confluence.

Yes indeed, it is part of the limitation highlighted in the Karma documentation :
" Inline comments
The content that is inside of any macro of any app vendor cannot be inline commented by users until Atlassian provides an API "
