Collation Postgres Confluence

Hi all,

after upgrading our Confluence to 6.14.2 (from 6.5.2) Confluence won't start anymore.

I found the article to setup a new database for confluence and i'm working through this.
Unfortunately i'm unable to choose "UTF8" as collation.

What can I do ?

German_Germany.1252 is UTF-8. This error is part of this bug ticket that I raised:

CONFSERVER-57749 Correct encoding requirements for Windows users on installation with PostgreSQL

It's safe to ignore the error, and generally it shouldn't cause issues starting Confluence.

Can you show me exactly what the Confluence server logs say when it won't start up? It's likely caused by another issue.
