Hello.
I need to enable the collaborative edition in confluence (while collaborative editing is OFF I can create articles and edit, but when it's ON I can't create or edit articles).
I have a reverse proxy but I can't touch the configuration there.
How can I do inside the confluence server only?
Thank you!

The issue is likely with your reverse proxy configuration. There could also be a problem with the server.xml in Confluence, though. Either way, you need to work with someone that can effect change on the operating system level.

There is nothing you can fix in the Confluence server's UI or admin settings, this is a problem with the proxy server configuration.

Either the proxy is wrong or the connector for Synchrony-behind-a-proxy is wrong (or both).  This is a very common problem, almost always caused by whomever is setting up Confluence or the proxy missing something.

The application log might help point you in the right direction, have a look at <confluence home>/logs and check the atlassian-confluence.log and files that have "synchrony" in their name.
