Can you please add support for the Cloud version of Confluence?

Oh, sorry, my mistake - I thought this question was being directed at a particular add-on.

The add-on I would really like to use it called "Share Attachments and Pages / Confluence" by Keinoby (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.keinoby.confluence.plugins.share-attachments).

I'm disappointed to find that I can't use this add-on because my company has the Cloud version of Confluence.

Is the cloud version of Confluence sub-standard/limited compared the server version?  I don't have knowledge of how the add-ons work under the hood, so I suspect this is the reason why some are "server only"?

thanks!

Chris

If you've come from support, they often get the right label added, which tells us the plugin, but sometimes it fails (obviously, if you just write a question from scratch, you might miss the label too. I do that all the time) The Cloud version of Confluence is severely limited - it has a fixed list of addons available, and the criteria for them being on that list is that Atlassian is willing to support the addon directly. There are some hoops a vendor has to jump through to get their addon on the list. It is a growing list, but not quickly. I don't know if Keinoby are actively persuing getting their addons to Cloud with Atlassian.

Hi Nic, I realise the problem with my question now: I wrote the question, then at the bottom there are these big buttons under the words "MY QUESTION IS ABOUT", and if you click one or more of those buttons (Jira, Confluence, Stash, Bitbucket) then the original label (which has the addon name) is erased. Perhaps clicking those buttons should append to the existing labels?

Cloud is supported by Atlassian already.

I suspect you are asking about an addon, which you have not told us about in your question?
