As I add clip around into my documentation it is visible in Edit view. Upon save and reviewing document the clip art is not visible.
What am I doing wrong? Reviewing with business teams we need to see the supporting visuals, and I shouldn't have to go to edit mode to do this...
vs what I see in editor view
Hi Brian,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's great to have you.
Could you let me know what format these images are? Are they attached directly to this page, or are you referring to them from another location? From your first screenshot it looks like you're trying to load them from another site, so I'd like to know more about how they are included on the page.
Regards,
Shannon
Good Morning Shannon,
I'm using PC Snipping Tool, haven't tried any other tools.
Action: I am snipping and pasting from the tool. They are attached directly to the page 97% of the time. I do import images from time to time <3%, but that adds steps to the writing of the document, and the results are the same as above. No difference noticed either way.
The attached images are in a JPG file format.
The first screen shot was taken during a webex meeting with client, I had prepared the document and everything look fine in edit mode, but then once saved and opened for review and share, none of the images showed up. Note: the images in the Expand Marco did not show but the images not in Expand Macro did show... It looks like they are trying to load. I refreshed and reloaded the page and it looks like they are just loading.
I saved an image in JPG file and the image size is around 15-30 KB on average. I maybe have about 10 images per page, if there's a loading/size issue.
Thank you,
Brian

Hello Brian,
Thank you for the information. During my investigation, I discovered that you already raised this as a ticket with our Cloud Support Team.
My colleague Helton suggested that it may be related to CONFCLOUD-65459 (Pages with too much content will timeout while trying to be rendered.)
He suggested that you might break the page up into smaller pages, and see if this solves your issue.
Can you give that a try, and let us know if it works?
Regards,
Shannon
