Hello @13287561406 !

As I understand, you have restored a space backup into your Confluence instance the multi-byte (Chinese) text within it is not displayed as expected. The platform where this is happening is not really clear, though.

If my assessment is correct, this is a known issue in Confluence Server. You can check our documentation about it here:

Since we are not sure about where this is happening, let me ask you a few questions:

  1. From where was the backup taken, Confluence Cloud or Confluence Server?
  2. Where was the backup restored, Confluence Cloud or Confluence Server?
  3. Would it be possible for you to share screenshots of the issue with use?

When taking the screenshots, be sure not to disclose any sensitive information with it. Our community is an open space and everyone can see everything posted here.

If you want more information on how to discern our Cloud platform from our Server one, you can take a look here:

Let us hear from you!
