How to I make the header of a chart stay while I scroll down on a long chart, similar to Freeze Top Row in Excel.?

Hi @Monica Kostreba

 

if you're using Confluence Server , the headers will stick in view mode.

If you're using Confluence Cloud (also applies to Server), you can use the Table Filter and Charts addon, it has an option called Fit table to screen area that will keep headers visible when scrolling.

If you put a long table on a page the header row should stick. However that is assuming the top row is a header row and not a row with a background color. You need to use the header row button. There are other things that will break it. You can read about them in the link below. It's at the bottom of that page.
