Character Display Issue

I post Chinese character on a page.

After refreshing the page, all Chinese character turn into "???????".

However, if I refresh one more time, all the Chinese character appears.

Please give adivce

Sounds more like a browser issue. Have you tried with different browser to see if it appears in all cases?
