Changing Site Logo changes Panel macro border.

All, 

  After updating our Confluence logo (which has a darker color of blue in the background), the panel macro's border becomes bold or dark blue. 

Does anyone know how to change the border back while keeping the new logo?

Note: I would be OK with global CSS which changes that macro's thickness or color back to gray.

Figured it out. 

1. Confluence administration
2. Color schemes
3. Borders and dividers got changed to a darker color.
4. Reverted that field back to #CCCCCC
