Changes to Blueprint Template not showing up

Hi there,
I made changes to the Decision blueprint template, but when I try to create a page from the template, the changes are not visible in the selection window.
As you can see, I added the row "Reporting level" with a new variable.
Next I added a Macro "Create from template" which refers to the blueprint template.
But in the decision windows the new column "Reporting level" is not showing up.
Am I misunderstanding anything?
Any guidance would be very helpful.
