Change language for anonymous users

Björn Bergqvist
September 20, 2012

Hi

We are making a manual for our users which will be access through a anonymous login, in this manual we are using the language plugin from Bitvoodoo. But what we havent been able to solve is how to let the user change their language to see the manual in their own language? It doesnt work with fetching the users webbrowsers language as these are all set to English in our company, so we need a button or icon for the user to click on to get their desired language.

Is this even possible to achieve?

Very greatful for answers that can help us.

Regards

B. Bergqvist

You cant change the language unless you are logged in.

This seems a good option but currently it is in the profile menu which means you will need to login!

Sorry for not responding on your reply Jobin. I did read this but unfortunately I missed to reply. I hope that there will be a good option to get this to work in the future, will help alot when it comes to multilanguage help manuals.
