I work for a company where the person who has control of the licenses has left the company.
Worse, the company has subsequently merged with another and the contact/password reset email is no longer valid.
What options do I have?
There's usually should be two contacts for the licensing that is tied to the license. One is the billing contact at your company and the other is the technical contact. If only one of those contacts left, one of them should be able to login and check the license and update the contacts.
Otherwise, it is best to contact Atlassian to get it all sorted if you are going to be the new owner.
