Change Space Owner while the Owner has been deactivated

Hi,

Some Space Owners have been deactivated in my company, and no one is assigned as Admin.

Is there any way to change the Space Owner while the Owner itself has been deactivated?

Or at least a way to delete the space?

"Manage and recover space admin permissions" section.
