Change Language and reindex in free account

Hello, how can I ask the Atlassian Support to change the index language (to german) and reindex my site in a free Account. Without this the confuence is useless :-(

A few month ago all indexes seems to be deleted. So Search doesn't work for all older condent.

Hi @Helge Hundacker 

You would temporarily switch to a Standard subscription and log your request. Then revert the subscription to free again
