Change Confluence pages URL to the new domain name

Gordon Fang
January 22, 2020

I had migrated a Confluence server,(all in one) and the domain name is also changed.   However, all URLs of pages in Confluence are still linked to the old domain name.

I had found the document https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-the-server-base-url-148592.html

could not find server.xml; and there is no

<context path="/confluence" docBase="../confluence" debug="0" reloadable'"false" useHttpOnly="true">

in confluence.cfg.xml.

Running on ubuntu Version 6.15.2

Any ideas?

Hi @Gordon Fang ,

There may be links in all the pages of the confluence instance where you want to change the url, including the hard coded ones. You can follow the steps as mentioned in the following document.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-replace-all-hard-coded-links-after-a-base-url-change-284366235.html

Thanks,

Amith Mathur
