Cards macro with Dynamic option not displaying properly

I'm utilizing the Cards macro with the "Card type set to "Dynamic". Sometimes, when the page loads, it will show 3 blank cards, indicating "Nothing here yet. Check back soon.", and other times it will load cards, but the spacing within the cards is wonky.

The configuration of the macro has a single filter on labels:

I tried searching the forums and Google, but couldn't find any info on this issue.
