Hi,
We have confluence 7.13.0 and due to the security issues recently we want to migrate asap to confluence cloud.
Therefore I need to update the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant plugin. But when I try to update it it returns this error midway the update proces;
"An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information."
There is nothing in the logs and I can update other plugins.

I found the issue :facepalm:
Apparently something was messed with loading mysql configuration. The max_allowed_packet was overwritten by another .cnf file.
Setting the max_allowed_packet to 256M in the my.cnf solved it.

I've just tried exactly the same upgrade as you for the Confluence Migration Assistant (3.1.7 to 3.2.4) and did not get any errors.
This is probably just a temporary issue, have you tried again to click on the "Update" button ?
If it still fails, I would recommend uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from the Marketplace.
