Hello!
I would like to share a draft I created with my team members. I can't share it with anyone through Confluence. I need to copy the link and send it to them. Furthermore, I don't have the option to add other people to my draft. Do you think I might have permission issues?
I don't have the plus sign to add users.
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Drafts don't have the share button, so if you want to share it you have to copy the URL and share that. You can only use the share button within Confluence one a page has been published.
I found this in one of the posts:
If you share a draft (invite via notification) and the collaborator clicks on the link to open the editor, the collaborator will be able to find and view your draft.
How can I then invite via notification?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
That refers to the "Invite To Edit" feature in Confluence Cloud:
It has been a while since I used Confluence Server so can't remember if this feature is available there.
