Cannot see link to epic when creating issues from confluence

The page is linked to JIRA epic, but I cannot link the issues to this epic (only manually) :(

Hi Helen,

Normally if you would make the epic link a required field  for this project with the issue type you are using than this option will be available. Else this isn't possible to do this via the Confluence create issue option.
