Cannot search for attachments

I'm having trouble searching for attachments. The entry comes up in the search, but I get a "Page Not Found" when I click on it. I have to select the "See more results..." option at the bottom of the search results to get to the attachment.

It is a known bug. I have posted a workaround on the JIRA ticket (CONF-32869).
