Cannot report a bug for 'Confluence Server' due to missing 'Assign Issues' permission

I wanted to file a bug report at jira.atlassian.com and thus have just created a new account a few minutes ago and have successfully logged in (with this new account).

But when pressing the 'Create' button it 'Create Issue'-dialog it always fails with: "User '<my user>' doesn't have the 'Assign Issues' permission"

Dear @Reinhold Füreder,

appart from your described problem, you cannot directly open a bug any more. You can just create suggestions. To raise a bug you need to contact the support. They will then verify and if valid, create a bug.
