Are you referring to Deiser's app - Projectrak? If so, I'm guessing you're using it with Jira and not with Confluence (this question landed under Confluence app/product).
In any case, I'm not sure if anyone from Deiser is here on the forum, but you could always reach out to vendors directly as, usually, under all Marketplace app listings there's a "Support" tab where you can find contact information (e.g. service desk or email) where you can reach out to product/support team directly.
From my experience, vendors are usually quite helpful when it comes to troubleshooting or use case questions.
