Hello,
Somehow i cannot reach my confluence account "https://efe1382.atlassian.net/wiki/" anymore. Support-team could you fix it?
Hello and welcome to Atlassian Community @Ahmet Efe Bilecenoğlu
Did it was Free subscription and when you tried last time access it?
Atlassian has a policy regarding the deactivation and deletion of inactive Free subscriptions.
Trudy wrote a great article about that, elaborating on many things:
If you are the admin/billing admin, check admin.atlassian.com → Billing → Subscriptions → Inactive for Confluence for efe1382.atlassian.net.
Best,
Arek 🤠
Hello Arek,
I was login couple days ago my free subscription after I had recived e-mail about "Your subscription is being deactivated due to inactivity". But i can not see my account on "Billing → Subscriptions → Inactive" section right now. I dont know what to do.

Hello @Ahmet Efe Bilecenoğlu
Please try logging into your Organization through https://admin.atlassian.com
Expand Apps. Click on Atlassian Apps.
Do you see Confluence listed there? Do you see a warning symbol (exclamation point in a yellow triangle) next to its name? If so, hover your pointer over that symbol to see the associated message.
If you do see Confluence listed and no warning symbol, then you subscription has not been deactivated.
There may be some problem happening within the Atlassian infrastructure which is causing your problem, though I don't see any incidents currently for Confluence or the Atlassian infrastructure.
