Server was rebooted and now no one can login to Confluence once the server came up.  The main page can be accessed but when entering name and password - it comes back with -

503 Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later

You'll need to read the confluence and tomcat logs to find out what is going wrong.  (Atlassian-confluence.log in <confluence-data>/logs and catalina.out in <confluence-install>/log)
