I am moving from a cloud instance to a server instance of confluence and after restoring the backup, I am unable to log into the instance using my cloud details.
To be specific, I am restoring to a fresh install of confluence server - no prior usage etc. To install I selected production installation, specified the database details - this worked fine. After going into the backup section and restoring the backup, I could no longer get into confluence.
I've tried using these instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-158390.html. Unfortunately using the username `recovery_admin` with the specified password did not work.
How to complete the migration of the cloud backup to the server installation?

@Greg Rogersif you are migrating to confluence server 6.5.0 and above please use this documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf64/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-936511358.html
Best!
