Cannot integrate with office365

I want to integrate office365 into tempo but I cannot even I am already the admin of JIAR. can you help to check? Thank you.

Before You Begin

You need Microsoft Office 365 administrator account credentials.

so you need to contact with o365 admins and use admin account to integrate it.
