Cannot get access to confluence on demand

My administrator has given me access to confluence, I already have access to Jira. When I attempt to access confluence I get the message I have not got access to Confluence.

I have tried logging out and back in but no change, my admistrator assures me that I should have access.

Any help greatly appreciated

Either you're using the wrong credentials, or your administrator is wrong.

You need to get your admin to check your groups are correct.
