Cannot edit username field in Confluence 5.6.

Cannot edit username field in Confluence 5.6.

Hi Everyone,

My username has confluence-admistrators group but when I edit a user I cannot change their username field. The field is not editable. I can't even edit the Full Name and Email fields, but I can add to the other fields like Phone, Website, etc...

What am I missing?

Answer accepted

Check if External User Management is turned on by any chance. If so, disable it.

Are these users coming from AD/LDAP?

Some are but some are not, and both users are from the Internal Confluence directory.
