Cannot create new Macro

I started with the confluence API today, so I followed the instruction on: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/creating-a-general-page/ 

In my case I'm stuck at the point where the new macro is set with: 

atlas-connect new awesome-app

 If I execute it, I can choose from the different product but when I select one of these (confluence) then it doesnt continue creating the macro it only states the text shown in the pixture below.  

I also cant write any commands in the window. I can only stop the current task. If I do so the new macro isnt created. 

I tested an example from bitbucket and it worked. So I dont think that some of my installed npm or nodejs Tools are wrong. 

Does somebody know how to fix this error?
