Cannot click "Insert" in Jira issue/filter Macro

Hi! We encountered a problem when using confluence. The version of the confluence server that our team use is 6.11. When we tried to use the JIRA issue/filter Macro to insert a JIRA link on a confluence page, we couldn't always click the Insert button, even though we filtered out the JIRA issue. Please see the example picture.

@Kévin NLTry with filter/ JQL  or search  if  it works   then  it  could be a bug using issue Key,  and also  try to  completely  clear  browser  cached and  use other web  browser  other  than the  once  you are currently  using and see the  out come.
