Cannot authenticate using LDAP Auth

Using Ldap Authentication, I cannot seem to authenticate or synchronise to ldap server.

Synchronisation failed. See server logs for details.

What do the server logs say?

Caused by: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]

Well, that was easy - your connection is using the wrong user/password to log into the LDAP server.
