I am trying to install a trial for Scroll Office version 2.5.23, but when I input my generated trial license key and click "Update". The page seems to be stuck at a loading screen. How can I solve this?
The issue was resolved. We use Confluence with IIS and apparently IIS refused to forward activation request to your server. So we tried to activate through the port 8090 using Java server, and it worked.

It would be great, if you can attach a screenshot of the screen you are entering the key.
