Cannot add custom 15 min appts or events to my Calendar

I just started using the calendar in our Confluence and putting in the meetings that we all have in our Outlook or other calendars.

I cannot add a 15 min- daily stand up meeting which happen to start on the 15 and 45 mins mark.

I tried to add a custom event "appt" based on something I saw online, but that didn't work either.

This should be possible by typing the time you want then create in the time section.
