Cannot Export Space

Toby Edmonds July 9, 2019

We have one particular Space where the pages only appear on the sidebar and are not listed as Child pages. The full list of pages is visible under Pages, List Pages - Tree View but if we go into Advanced and try the PDF Export we get the message 'No pages found to export'.

How do I get the system to recognise that those pages are part of the Space so I can export the Space itself to PDF?

I guess you are saying that you have a number of pages at the same level as the Home page for the space. If so, you need to make then children of the home page - see move-and-reorder-pages

If you mean something else, attach a screen cap of the page tree (from the space tools).

Thanks Bill!

In this case I had to do the opposite: the pages were already children of the home page but moving them onto the same level meant that the Space could 'see' them and allowed me to export the entire Space to PDF. Naturally, I did this with a copy of the Space so the original's integrity wasn't affected ;)

It might have just been a glitch. Trying moving them back to see if they are still visible.
