Cannot Delete Confluence Spaces

Hello,

I am having problems deleting spaces from my company's Confluence site. When following the instructions in the documentation, Confluence reports that the space has been deleted successfully. However, when I return to the space directory, the deleted space is still there. No errors are reported by the UI.

I have administrator permissions and we are using Confluence server version 5.9.11. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a solution?

Hi Ben,

Can you try:

1. Rebuild the Indexes from Scratch
2. And also try putting Confluence in Safe Mode and see if you're able to delete the space then? 

Also, does this problem occur with all spaces? You can create a test space and try to delete it.

Lastly, when you look through your Confluence logs when the space is being deleted, do you notice any errors?
