Canceling Gliffy add-on for Confluence cloud

Canceling Gliffy add-on for Confluence cloud

What will happen if we stop subscription for Gliffy on our cloud instance of Confluence? Will we still be able to view all the diagram we have created thus far or not? Can we edit them? I understand we wont be able to create new ones.

Hi,

When I stopped my trial of Gliffy this result on pages with Gliffy content:

When I uninstalled Gliffy altogether I got "unknown macro" where the Gliffy diagram was:

Thank you that is super helpful, so technically we should convert all diagrams into different format because it does not look like it will safe it after we totally detach ourself from the tool.

Correct, when your license is invalid the diagrams will display the read-only license message and when Gliffy is uninstalled altogether the "unknown macro" message will appear.
